This Privacy Policy describes how TEKKNOLL SOLUTIONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “BakDumGa”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the BakDumGa website and mobile application.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, phone number, email, city, CNIC details for verification where applicable), information generated through your use of the service (listings, messages, transactions within the app), and limited technical information (device type, IP address, approximate location).

2. How we use information

  • To operate the BakDumGa marketplace and verify participants.
  • To enable radius-based discovery between buyers, sellers, and service providers.
  • To send transactional messages, service notifications, and — with your consent — launch and product updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • To investigate fraud, misuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: the other party to a transaction you initiate (e.g. a seller’s contact number is revealed to you when you spend a BFT), payment and communication processors that power the service, regulators and law enforcement where required, and any successor entity in a corporate transaction.

4. Data retention

We retain account and transactional information for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter, to meet legal and operational obligations.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@bakdumga.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your device.

BakDumGa is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
