These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BakDumGa website and mobile application, operated by TEKKNOLL SOLUTIONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we”, “us”).

1. The service

BakDumGa is a discovery marketplace that connects Qurbani animal buyers, sellers, and service providers within a geographic radius. BakDumGa does not take custody of animals or payments. All transactions occur offline between the parties.

2. BFT (BakDumGa Finance Token)

Users may purchase BFT packs within the app. BFTs are consumed to reveal seller contacts, to boost listings, and for specified subscription features. BFTs have no cash value outside the app, are non-refundable, and expire at the end of each season. Season 1 settlement date: 5 June 2026.

3. User conduct

  • Listings must reflect real, currently available animals or services.
  • Media must be captured in-app at the time of listing.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, and harassment are grounds for immediate suspension.
  • Vet service providers must hold valid PVMC registration.

4. Verification

We verify sellers and agents using CNIC and other reasonable means. Verification is not a guarantee of the quality or health of any specific animal.

5. No transaction custody

All sales occur between buyer and seller directly. We are not a party to any transaction, and we do not hold funds, escrow, or animal custody at any point.

6. Intellectual property

The BakDumGa name, logo, wordmark, and platform are the property of TEKKNOLL SOLUTIONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED. You retain ownership of content you upload, granting us a licence to display it in connection with the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BakDumGa is not liable for losses arising from offline interactions, animal health, seller misrepresentation, or third-party services introduced through the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction to be specified].
